Don’t fry fresh fish

My sister wanted to know how she could fry fish without having the fish stuck to the pan. Is it the pan, she asked. Why do you want to fry fresh fish? I asked. Waste of oil and good fish, detergent to to clean up afterwards and perhaps waste of good health, if fried foods are eaten in quantity over a long time.I don’t see why she can’t steam, bake or grill her fish.

Or put the fish to “swim” in boiling hot soup or stock. Delicious and needs no oil.
